Start-Up Training
Your franchise investment includes 2 weeks of intensive training at the ServiceMaster Clean Academy in Memphis, TN. There, you will receive education in business management, hiring and training employees, sales and marketing, and the use of our proprietary software. In addition, we instruct franchise owners about the equipment, cleaning products and processes involved in providing cleaning and restoration services. After the two-week Academy, you will have the knowledge and skills you need to start your business with confidence.
Ongoing Training
As you grow your business, our regional workshops, annual conventions, specialized training courses and other ServiceMaster Clean training resources will continue to provide educational opportunities for you and your employees.
